Is shipping completely free worldwide? Are there any customs taxes?
Yes, shipping is free to all countries and all taxes/customs are included in the price.

How long does shipping take?
On average orders are shipped within 2-4 business days and arrive in approximately 5-7 business days.

How do I track my order?
Please send us an E-mail containing your first and last name as well as your shipping address and we will issue you a tracking number. Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, and USPS.

Will Customs allow my order?
We've never had any issues with customs intercepting our orders.

What payments are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, E-checks, and PayPal.

How do I cancel my order?
We will cancel any order as long as it has not shipped. If you would like to cancel your order please use the contact us form.

Do you accept returns?
Not all merchandise can be returned due to the nature and type of services performed and materials used and/or sold. Returns will be reviewed and allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any issues with your jammer and we will try our best to resolve the problem.

My jammer does not block as far as the advertised radius, is my unit defective?
A jammers radius is determined under optimal lab results. The cell phone network and cell phone base stations will determine the distance in which a cell phone can be blocked.

My unit gets hot during operation, is this normal?
Yes, this is normal since the jammer emits high frequencies at at very high rate. We do not advise using a jammer near flammable liquids and/or objects.

My unit arrived defective, how do I go about getting a replacement jammer and/or parts?
If your jammer arrives defective, we require photos in order to assess the damages. If we determine it can be fixed via replacement parts, we will ship them to you at no additional cost. If the jammer cannot be repaired using parts, we will have you return the jammer to us for repair or replacement. We will cover a shipping free up to $7.50 which will be refunded in the same manner in which it was received.
